Scientists who committed atrocities by using human beings as lab rats formed the US biological weapons division of the US military. Nazi scientists who developed the first operational jet fighter, the Messerschmitt Me 262, and V-2 rocket formed the US ballistic missile weapons programs and later formed NASA. Nazi Gestapo (German Intelligence Agencies) agents were brought to the US and formed the FBI and the Central Intelligence Agency.The Nazi German Gestapo had the authority to investigate cases of treason, espionage, sabotage and criminal attacks against the Nazi Party and Germany. The CIA has the same authority in the United States. The basic Gestapo law passed by the government in 1936 gave the Gestapo carte blanche to operate without judicial oversight. The CIA also operates without judicial oversight. The Gestapo was specifically exempted from responsibility to administrative courts, where citizens normally could sue the state to conform to laws. The CIA has the exact same exemptions. SS officer Werner Best, onetime head of legal affairs in the Gestapo, summed up this policy by saying, “As long as the police carries out the will of the leadership, it is acting legally.” President Truman knew what the CIA was. He personally opposed the creation of the CIA. Joseph Stalin realized that war with Germany was inevitable. However, to have any chance of victory he needed time to build up his armed forces. The only way he could obtain time was to do a deal with Hitler. The USSR was the last European power to sign a non-aggression pact with the Germans. The French, British and even the Polish had non-aggression treaties with the nazis, if the USSR hadn't signed one, they would probably have bee invaded in 1939 or 1940 already. The USSR massively expanded its military arsenal in the two years of the Pact, thus making possible the eventuel repelling of the nazi invasion.The pact was necessary because the Reich and the USSR were almost at war in 1938, when the USSR wanted to sign a pact with the Western countries in defence of Czechoslovakia. When the West decided to back off and allow the nazis to occupy Czechoslovakia, the USSR had to find a way to ensure the nazis wouldn't invade... yet. They just needed to buy more time, and they did. Also bear in mind that the "Polish"territories occupied by the Soviets as a result of the Pact were for the biggest parts Belarussian and Ukrainian territories conquered by the Polish in the Polish-Soviet War of 1920......

Despite the fact that the role of the Bundeswehr is described in the Constitution of Germany (Art. 87a) as absolutely defensive only it is active across the globe. After a ruling of the Federal Constitutional Court in 1994 the term "defence" has been defined to not only include protection of the borders of Germany, but also crisis reaction and conflict prevention, or more broadly as guarding the security of Germany anywhere in the world.. This has required the Bundeswehr to take part in operations outside of the borders of Germany, as part of NATO or the European Union or mandated by the UN. The impetus for this was the desire by Foreign Minister Genscher to support the breakup of Yugoslavia and to assist Croatia in the Croatian War of Independence after the attack on Vukovar by the Serbs. The Germans recognised that their old comrades of the Ustash (Croatian fascists who fought alongside the Waffen SS) were being threatened by their old enemies the Serbs (whom they had massacred and put in Croatian concentration camps during the war). The Germans pressured the other Europeans to support the German initiative and they found themselves at war in the Balkans. In Germany this counted as ‘defence’. Since then the German troops have deployed around the world. The European Union has promoted and funded the ethnic cleansing of a million Europeans in the Balkans, mostly Serbs, Jews and gypsies. From Croatia, Kosovo and Bosnia, realizing the ambitions of fascist organizations in those countries. It is of course the European Union, embraced by both Labor, liberal democrat and conservative parties alike, which has resurrected Croatia, a country with the most blatant fascist traditions in Europe, whose football supporters today form swastikas on the terraces and whose leading pop star calls himself Thompson, after a machine gun used against the Serbs, and whose supporters give Nazi salutes. Croatia was of course guilty of the greatest ethnic cleansing in Europe for decades, when they drove some 300,000 Serbs out of their historic homeland in the Krajina in 1995. The links between Croatian fascists and German Nazis in the modern day is well documented. I quote here from a book Fuhrer-Ex, written by Ingo Hasselbach, a former German neo-Nazi who was intimately involved with German Nazis and Croatian fascists as Croatia fought to break up Yugoslavia throughout the 1990s. In this they have an indirect support of the German Army and the German government, who of course were President Tudjman’s principal backers and the first to recognize the illegally created state of Croatia in 1991.Hasselbach writes:The then government in Croatia under President Franjo Tudjman was reviving the tradition of the Ustashi and in many other ways honoring the former fascists. Units of the Croatian Army were flying swastika flags and many more were flying the old Croatian fascist symbol. Croatia had become the first European government since World War II to openly embrace these symbols. All of the West German neo-Nazis saw it as a powerful opportunity, but Nero Reisz, the barking anti-Semite from Hesse, was particularly pleased.The several proto-states which make up the former Yugoslavia were not part of the economic and social development programs which evolved in Western Europe........
